Happy Birthday Milton Glaser! This ad has his fingerprints all over it. Very much in the tradition of his iconic 1967 Bob Dylan poster, Glaser was fascinated by how parallel lines could suggest three-dimensionality and movement simultaneously.

What’s noteworthy here is the seamless integration of typography and illustration. This  blend of type and image, a hallmark of Glaser’s work, creates a unified and visually captivating visual object.
